Radhika Garg, Director at Rajdarbar Group, is an Indian Venture Capitalist having an experience of more than 11 years and is creating space for early-stage venture eco system in India.

As a successful entrepreneur, Radhika has recently started working with innovative entrepreneurs to enhance robust worldwide companies. She focuses on technology based financial companies, to deliver India domestic growth and to create ballooning of economy.

After completing her higher studies in Harvard University, US, she moved to Delhi, India, but keeps engaging with young start-ups in various cities. She has successfully led investments in mobile applications, education, boutique hotel chains and commodity products.

Radhika did her graduation from IILM Bradford University, United Kingdom. In year 2010, she did her MBA from Middlesex University, UK. There after she completed her Diploma with flying colours in Finance from one of the most reputed Business School, London School of Economics in the year 2018. She also earned a Diploma from Liverpool University in Financial Management.

Radhika in the year 2014 started Indian Youth Card (IYC) in collaboration with Yes Bank, the first ever concept of prepaid card in the digital domain for seeking financial independence through mobile application.

Radhika has been very active in her philanthropic work which includes being a member of Red Cross Society as well as member of Blind School. She is supporting street children through CSR activities via her own NGO (IHRO).
